Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 520ph ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 520ph online gaming platform, including all associated games, features, promotions, and services available at 520ph.net and any related subdomains or mobile-optimized versions thereof.

By completing the account registration process, accessing the 520ph platform in any capacity, or placing any wager on any game offered through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with 520ph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 520ph platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact support to request account closure. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on 520ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities under applicable Philippine regulations.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 520ph or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or associated service providers.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 520ph or any Philippine gaming regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under Philippine law.

520ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 520ph, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You may register only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used.
• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. This number will be used for account recovery, transaction confirmations, and security alerts.
• Your registered name must exactly match the name on the government-issued identification document and the payment method (GCash, Maya, bank account) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Material changes — including change of name, address, or contact number — must be reported to 520ph support promptly.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your 520ph account and must not disclose it to any other person or entity, including 520ph staff. 520ph will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.

520ph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card), proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 520ph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 520ph does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. GCash and Maya withdrawals targeting under ₱50,000 are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically completed within 30 minutes. Larger withdrawals or those flagged for additional verification may require up to three (3) business days.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 520ph account holder.
• 520ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in size or frequency.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity or an ongoing investigation, 520ph may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending resolution.
• Crypto withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold and are processed within standard blockchain confirmation times on the TRON network.

520ph is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, network congestion, or circumstances outside the platform's direct control. If a withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, players are encouraged to contact 520ph's 24/7 live chat support before raising a dispute with their payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

520ph offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are held separately from your real-money balance until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Unless stated otherwise, standard wagering requirements for deposit bonuses are 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not meeting requirements within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Wagers placed on games with a Return to Player (RTP) of 96% or above contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Games with lower RTP rates or live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new player. Players found creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will have all associated accounts permanently banned and all balances forfeited.
• 520ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering commitments already in progress are honored.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process following completion of wagering requirements.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 520ph platform — including live dealer games, slots, sports betting, fishing arcade games, bingo, sabong, and virtual games — are governed by the specific rules of each individual game as provided by the respective game supplier. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing wagers.

The following general gameplay principles apply across all game categories on 520ph:

• All RNG-powered games on 520ph use independently certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are determined solely by these certified algorithms and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified by the player. Technical issues arising on the player's device, browser, or internet connection after bet confirmation do not entitle the player to a refund of the wagered amount.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer session or arcade game, 520ph's system will complete the round using the last confirmed action recorded server-side. The outcome of a completed round stands regardless of connection status on the player's end.
• Displayed jackpot figures and potential win amounts are indicative and subject to the outcome of live game play. 520ph does not guarantee any specific payout outcome.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. 520ph's decision on settlement disputes is final.
• Sabong markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the arena conducting the event. Scratched or cancelled bouts result in the return of wagers to the respective player accounts.

Malfunction of any game — whether caused by a software bug, network issue, or hardware failure on 520ph's end — will void all plays and bets for the affected round. Any payouts resulting from a genuine malfunction are not valid and will not be honored. 520ph will endeavor to restore accurate pre-malfunction balances in affected accounts promptly.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the 520ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing promotional restrictions, wagering limits, or previous account sanctions.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including the use of mathematical strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion with minimal risk, commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring."
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game — including poker or live dealer games — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another player in a structured manner for the purpose of transferring value between accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using 520ph as a vehicle for processing, layering, or integrating proceeds of any unlawful activity. 520ph cooperates fully with Philippine anti-money laundering authorities including the AMLC.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software designed to interact with the 520ph platform in a manner not consistent with normal human player behavior.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider for deposits that have been genuinely made and credited to your 520ph account.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, personal information, or payment credentials without their explicit consent.

Account Suspension & Termination

520ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a transaction originating from the account.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Upon permanent account closure, 520ph will conduct a final review of the account balance. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and in certain cases real-money balances may be forfeited. Where closure is voluntary or for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 520ph support via 24/7 live chat. A voluntary closure request does not discharge any outstanding debt or liability owed by the player to 520ph.

Responsible Gaming

520ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players using the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or escaping personal problems.

520ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from within your account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can sustain within a defined time period.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the 520ph platform — including but not limited to the 520ph brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, graphics, text, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — are the property of 520ph or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 520ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any 520ph content without express written permission.
• Use any 520ph branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner not explicitly authorized by 520ph.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 520ph software or game engine.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the 520ph platform using automated tools.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 520ph platform on any third-party website without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of 520ph intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 520ph's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

520ph expressly excludes all liability for:

• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate game play on the platform, regardless of the amount.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to access the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account arising from the player's own failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Actions taken by 520ph in good faith in compliance with a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory Philippine consumer protection law. Players retain any statutory rights to which they are entitled as consumers under Philippine legislation.

Amendments to These Terms

520ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 520ph.net/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the most recent revision at the top of the document.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights, obligations, or the conditions under which games are offered — 520ph will provide registered players with advance notice of the change via their registered contact details. The notice period will be no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter period is required by law, regulatory instruction, or to address an urgent security or legal concern.

Your continued use of the 520ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between a player and 520ph that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are resident in Metro Manila agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City or Pasig City, as determined by 520ph at its election.

Nothing in this clause prevents 520ph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect the platform's interests, intellectual property, or the integrity of its gaming operations.
